The Route takes you back to the most legendary nights of Valencia in the 80s and 90s, to the greatest nightlife and clubbing phenomenon known in Spain that turned Valencia and its outskirts into a pole of avant-garde and artistic innovation throughout Europe and a space for expression of modernity, freedom and countercultural experimentation.

The first immersive exhibition about the phenomenon with a 360º VR room, original pieces, testimonies and interactive installations, and a unique immersive room with light effects and laser mapping. This is not just history, it's a revolution that can be felt.

About the experience

What can I expect from the event? THE ROUTE: MODERNITY, CULTURE AND CHAOS is not just an exhibition, it's a journey to the Valencia of the early 80s to mid-90s, an immersive route through Valencian nightlife, its lights and shadows, its iconic places and the protagonists of an entire sociocultural phenomenon that placed it at the forefront of European modernity. Relive this mythical era of Valencian music, design and fashion and discover this phenomenon like you've never experienced it before.
Where does the experience take place? Bombas Gens Centre d'Arts Digitals, Av. de Burjassot, 54, 56, La Saïdia, 46009 València, Valencia.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors? This experience takes place in an indoor space with air conditioning.
How long does the experience last? To give you an approximate idea, people usually spend 90 minutes in this experience.
Can I buy food and drinks at the venue? We have vending machines with snacks, soft drinks, water and coffee.
Is there parking? We do not have parking spaces at the venue. We recommend arriving on foot or via public transport to speed up your arrival.
Will there be additional sessions? Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that there will be additional dates. Check the experience page for updated information about availability, as those are the confirmed dates and times.
Is there Virtual Reality? This experience allows you to enjoy virtual reality technology.
Will there be products for sale? Yes! There will be merchandise for sale in the store.
Will there be sensitive content in the experience? Sensitive content about substance consumption will not be a constant in the exhibition, on the contrary, it is specifically framed in few specific spaces where the topic will be addressed from a scientific and objective perspective, to analyze the consequences and impact of the era. Its presence will always be from awareness and never from promotion. The Route was a cultural expression with a profound impact on the artistic, social and aesthetic transformation of Valencia. The exhibition aims to focus on this aspect and no other, away from clichés and reductionist versions that have omitted its creative value.

About tickets

Where can I get tickets? In the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store. On the Fever website.
Can I buy tickets at the door? We will have a box office at the venue. However, tickets may be sold out when you arrive at the event, so we recommend booking your tickets in advance to guarantee your spot. You can buy tickets in the Fever application or on the Fever website.
Do I need to print my ticket? You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What do I need to do? You can see your ticket in the Fever application, within the tickets section. If you don't have the application installed, you can download it from Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when buying the tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed and what is the change policy? Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such case, contact us indicating the identification number of your ticket. No refunds are accepted. Exceptionally, only returns will be accepted when they are motivated by a duly justified force majeure cause.
Can I make a group reservation? If you wish to book for a large group (+30 people) or educational, contact the center by sending an email to reservas@bombasgens.com with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
Do you offer press passes? If you want a press pass, send an email to info@bombasgens.com.

About event accessibility

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended to arrive 5 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket, but you can arrive within the following 10 minutes.
Can I bring animals and are service dogs allowed? Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event venue, although we do welcome service animals.
Is the venue accessible? Yes, the event will take place in an accessible venue.
What items are prohibited in the experience? You cannot enter with food, drinks, or means of transport such as scooters, bicycles, etc.
Can I sit during the experience/exhibition? Throughout the tour there are different seating options and, in addition, the center makes available to the public who need it five lightweight folding stools that they can carry with them throughout the entire visit.
Will there be restrooms available on site? This venue has restrooms at the center's entrances, but not inside the exhibition facilities; ask our on-site staff for directions.
Can I take photos or record the experience? Feel free to take videos and photographs, but always without flash. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.
Where can I inquire about lost items? We recommend asking the venue staff if they have found your belongings.
Is there a cloakroom available? This venue has lockers with keys to store your belongings; ask our on-site staff for directions.
Is there an age requirement? All ages are welcome to the experience, although we especially recommend from 6 years old. You can access with baby strollers, but you cannot access the metaverse room with them.
Will there be an audio guide? Although the experience does not include an audio guide, the exhibition has a virtual guide that visitors can access by scanning a QR code and the English version has an audio version.
